1. Set Your Daily Budget:Begin by entering your daily calorie budget that represents the total number of calories you aim to consume in a day.

2. Log Your Entries:Select the type of entry you want to add from the dropdown menu. Then, input the name and calorie count for each item consumed or activity completed. Repeat this step for each meal or exercise session throughout the day.

3. Calculate Remaining Calories: Once you've logged all your entries, click the "Calculate Remaining Calories". The app will automatically compute your consumed calories and deduct them from your budget. You'll then see your remaining calories displayed, helping you stay within your daily target.
